| 国医大师潘敏求教授善用角药配伍组方治疗肝癌，以“天地人三才”“精气神三宝”为哲学根基，基于肝癌“虚、瘀、毒”的核心病机理论，构建肝癌“培精-行气-守神”三维防治体系，总结出三大核心角药：扶正固本角药（黄芪-党参-白术）培补脾肾，复建中州气化；化瘀消癥角药（莪术-土鳖虫-鳖甲）疏肝通络，破除血瘀痼疾；解毒抗癌角药（白花蛇舌草-石见穿-藤梨根）清解癌毒，安定神机清窍。针对黄疸、臌胀、情志失调、失眠等并发症，创制茵陈-虎杖-垂盆草分消湿热、制附子-白术-泽泻温阳利水、香附-郁金-牡丹皮疏肝解郁、龙骨-酸枣仁-合欢皮潜阳安神辨治方案。本文整理了潘敏求教授治疗肝癌常用的角药组合，分析药物组成及配伍规律，且从药性理论、归经属性及现代药理研究多维度解析其作用机制，并附典型验案以证疗效。 |

| Professor PAN Minqiu, a National TCM Master, is adept at using tri-medicine combinations in formulation for the treatment of liver cancer. Rooted in the philosophical foundations of the "three powers of heaven, earth, and humanity" and the "three treasures of essence, qi, and spirit," and based on the core pathogenesis theory of liver cancer characterized by "deficiency, blood stasis, and toxin," he has constructed a three-dimensional prevention and treatment system for liver cancer termed "nourishing essence-promoting qi-preserving spirit". He systematically summarized three core tri-medicine combinations:the health qi-reinforcing and foundation-strengthening tri-medicine combination [Huangqi（Astragali Radix）-Dangshen（Codonopsis Radix）-Baizhu（Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma）] to tonify the spleen and kidney and restore the qi transformation in the middle jiao; the blood stasis-resolving and mass-eliminating tri-medicine combination [Ezhu（Curcumae Rhizoma）-Tubiechong（Eupolyphaga Steleophaga）-Biejia（Trionycis Carapax）] to soothe the liver and unblock the collaterals and break through chronic blood stasis; and the toxin-detoxifying and anti-cancer tri-medicine combination [Baihuasheshecao（Scleromitrion Dffusum）-Shijianchuan（Salviae Chinensis Herba）-Tengligen（Actinidia Arguta Planch）] to remove cancerous toxins, calm the spirit, and clear the orifices. For complications such as jaundice, ascites, emotional disorders, and insomnia, he has developed differentiation and treatment protocols, including the Yinchen（Artemisiae Scopariae Herba）-Huzhang（Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma Et Radix）-Chuipencao（Sedi Herba） tri-medicine combination to resolve damp-heat, the Fuzi（Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata）-Baizhu（Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma）-Zexie（Alismatis Rhizoma） tri-medicine combination to warm yang and promote diuresis,the Xiangfu（Cyperi Rhizoma）-Yujin（Curcumae Radix）-Mudanpi（Moutan Cortex） tri-medicine combination to soothe the liver and relieve depression, and the Longgu（Os Draconis）-Suanzaoren（Ziziphi Spinosae Semen）-Hehuanpi（Albiziae Cortex） tri-medicine combination to subdue yang and calm the spirit. This paper collates the commonly used tri-medicine combinations employed by Professor PAN Minqiu in the treatment of liver cancer, analyzes their composition and compatibility rules, and elucidates their mechanisms of action from multiple perspectives, including the theory of medicinal properties, meridian affinity, and modern pharmacological research. Additionally, typical clinical medical records are presented to demonstrate their therapeutic efficacy. |
