| 中医药院校创业教育是推动中医药现代化与实现中医药人才从被动“岗位竞争”向主动“价值创造”转变的战略之举。探索新时代中医药院校创业教育这个问题,具有困境溯源与体系重构双重效应。当前,中医药院校创业教育面临内在动力阻滞、能力培育错位与生态链路断裂等多维挑战,构成了困境溯源的主要视角。推动新时代中医药院校创业教育的发展,是一项系统性工程,必须实现价值理念、培养模式与支撑生态“三位一体”的协同变革。要以思想解放激发内生动力,立足健康中国战略,深刻把握培育大健康产业创新主体的价值定位;突出能力本位和实践导向,打造“中医药专业知识+创业能力”的“医创融合”式开放型培养模式;破除中医药行业创业的高壁垒,打通科研成果走向市场的链条,构建以学生创业需求为导向的创新驱动与创业全链支持系统。 |

| Tracing the roots of dilemmas and restructuring the system of entrepreneurship education in Chinese medicine universities in the new era |

| Entrepreneurship education in Chinese medicine colleges and universities is a strategic initiative to promote the modernization of Chinese medicine and achieve the transformation of Chinese medicine talents from passive "job competition" to active "value creation." Exploring entrepreneurship education in Chinese medicine universities in the new era has a dual effect of tracing the roots of its dilemmas and reconstructing its system. Currently, entrepreneurship education in Chinese medicine universities faces multidimensional challenges, including lack of internal motivation, misalignment in competence cultivation, and disruption of its ecological chain, which constitute the main perspectives for tracing the root causes of the dilemmas. Promoting the development of entrepreneurship education in Chinese medicine universities in the new era is a systematic project that requires coordinated and integrated reform across three dimensions: value concept, training model, and supporting ecosystem. It is necessary to stimulate internal motivation through ideological liberation, firmly grasp the value orientation of cultivating innovative entities in the big health industry based on the Healthy China strategy. Emphasis should be placed on competence-based and practice-oriented principles to establish an open and “integrated Chinese medicine-entrepreneurship” training model that combines expertise of Chinese medicine and entrepreneurial competencies. Additionally, an innovation-driven and full-chain support system centered on students' entrepreneurial needs should be constructed to break down the high barriers to entrepreneurship in the Chinese medicine industry and bridge the gap between scientific research achievements and market application. |
