| 开阖枢理论是阐释六经气化功能的核心理论，对针灸临床具有重要指导价值。姜云武教授基于该理论，提出寒性筋痹的关键病机为“太阳失固，寒扰筋急”“阖藏失职，筋失所养”“枢机不利，筋脉失疏”，三者相互影响，共同引发筋脉拘急疼痛。诊疗以“扶阳针灸”为核心，确立“固太阳、助阖藏、转枢机”治则，通过激发阳气、调畅气机，恢复三阴三阳气化平衡，实现“筋柔痛消”的治疗目的，为针灸治疗寒性筋痹提供理法兼备的临床新思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| The opening-closing-pivoting theory is a core theory for elucidating the qi transformation functions of the six meridians and has important guiding value for clinical acupuncture practice. Based on this theory, Professor JIANG Yunwu proposes that the key pathogenesis of cold sinew impediment involves "failure of Taiyang to secure, with cold disturbing the sinews and causing contracture" "failure of closing and storing, resulting in loss of nourishment of the sinews" and "dysfunction of pivoting, resulting in impaired coursing of the sinews and vessels". These three pathological mechanisms interact with one another and collectively lead to painful contracture of sinews and vessels. In diagnosis and treatment, fortifying yang acupuncture is taken as the core approach, with the therapeutic principles of "securing Taiyang, assisting closing and storing, and facilitating pivoting". By activating yang qi and regulating qi movement, the balance of qi transformation of the three yin and three yang is restored, thereby achieving the therapeutic goal of "relaxing sinews and relieving pain". This provides a new clinical approach integrating both principles and therapeutic methods for acupuncture treatment of cold sinew impediment. |
