| 总结许二平教授运用“临证五法”治疗胃癌前病变（PLGC）的临证经验。许二平教授认为，本病以脾胃失和、通降失职为核心病机，病程中常由气机不畅而渐致气滞血瘀、湿聚成痰，久则寒热错杂、虚实互见。治疗上，以“以和为本”为治疗总纲，以恢复中焦升降、促进胃腑通降为核心，临证根据不同病机环节，分别施以疏调气机、以通为用、祛湿为要、寒热并用诸法，使气机得畅、胃络得通、湿浊得化、寒热得平。附验案一则，以期为PLGC的中医辨治提供参考。 |

| This article summarizes Professor XU Erping's experience in treating precancerous lesions of gastric cancer (PLGC) using the "five clinical treatment methods". Professor XU Erping considers disharmony of the spleen and stomach and impaired smooth downbearing to be the core pathogenesis of PLGC. During the course of the disease, impaired qi movement may gradually lead to qi stagnation and blood stasis, accumulation of dampness into phlegm, and, over time, a complex pattern of cold and heat with coexistence of deficiency and excess. In clinical practice, Professor XU takes "harmony" as the fundamental principle of treatment, with restoration of the ascending and descending movements of the middle jiao and promotion of smooth downbearing of the stomach as the core therapeutic approach. According to the different pathogenic processes encountered in clinical practice, he applies the methods of regulating qi movement, promoting free flow, eliminating dampness, and treating cold and heat simultaneously, thereby restoring the smooth flow of qi, unblocking the stomach collaterals, resolving dampness and turbidity, and harmonizing cold and heat. A verified medical record is presented to provide clinical reference for differentiating and treating PLGC with Chinese medicine. |
