| 溃疡性结肠炎（UC）是一种以结肠黏膜持续性、广泛性炎症反应为典型特征的慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病，其治疗复杂且具有挑战性。全国中医肛肠学科名专家何永恒基于“窠囊”理论，在“土虚木乘，痰瘀互结，窠囊深伏”病机指导下，创新性提出分期论治UC，土虚木乘期治以健脾柔肝、理气化浊，痰瘀互结期治以化痰逐瘀、疏络散结，窠囊深伏期治以消窠解毒、通络扶正，疗效显著。本文总结何永恒教授论治UC的经验，为UC的中医诊疗提供系统、有效且具有鲜明特色的新路径。 |

| Ulcerative colitis(UC) is a chronic non-specific inflammatory bowel disease characterized by persistent and extensive inflammation in the colonic mucosa, and its treatment is complex and challenging. HE Yongheng, a nationally renowned expert in TCM anorectal medicine, has innovatively proposed stage-based treatment for UC based on the "Nesting Theory", guided by the pathogenesis of "earth(spleen) deficiency with wood(liver) overacting, intertwined phlegm and blood stasis, and deep-seated nest(pathological nidus)." In the stage of earth deficiency with wood overacting, the treatment focuses on strengthening the spleen and soothing the liver, and regulating qi and transforming turbidity. In the stage of intertwined phlegm and blood stasis, the treatment emphasizes transforming phlegm and expelling stasis, and unblocking collaterals and resolving masses. In the stage of deep-seated nest, the treatment aims to eliminate the nest and remove toxins, unblock collaterals, and reinforce healthy qi, achieving significant therapeutic effects. This article summarizes Professor HE Yongheng's experience in treating UC, providing a systematic, effective,and distinctively featured new approach for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of UC. |
