| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨以中医诊疗指南为依据的以团队为基础的教学模式(TBL)在中医医师规范化培训(中医规培)中的应用效果。方法 将2023—2024年长沙市中医医院(长沙市第八医院)的99名中医规培医师随机分为两组,对照组49例采用传统教学,研究组50例进行以中医诊疗指南为依据的TBL教学模式。比较两组培训后培训效果、教学体验。根据培训效果将中医规培医师分为培训效果较好组和一般组,采用多因素回归分析法分析影响培训效果的因素。结果 研究组的培训效果和教学体验评分均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。多因素回归分析显示以中医诊疗指南为依据的TBL教学模式是中医规培效果较好的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 以中医诊疗指南为依据的TBL教学模式可有效提高中医规培效果,值得在中医教育中推广应用。 |

| Objective To evaluate the application effectiveness of team-based learning (TBL) model based on Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment guidelines in the standardized residency training of Chinese medicine practitioners. Methods Ninety-nine Chinese medicine residents undergoing standardized residency training at Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2023 to 2024 were randomly assigned to control group (n=49, receiving conventional training) and intervention group (n=50, receiving TBL teaching model based on Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment guidelines). Training outcomes and learning experiences were compared between the two groups after the intervention. Residents were further categorized into high-performance group and general-performance group based on the training outcomes. Multivariate regression analysis was conducted to identify the factors influencing training outcomes. Results The intervention group significantly outperformed the control group in the training outcomes and the teaching experience ratings (both P<0.05). Multivariable regression analysis confirmed the TBL model based on Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment guidelines as an independent predictor of superior training outcomes (P<0.05). Conclusion TBL model based on Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment guidelines can significantly enhance the training outcomes of Chinese medicine residency programs. This approach shows strong potential for broader implementation in Chinese medicine education. |
