| 林天东教授提出慢性前列腺炎病机以肾虚为本，湿、热、瘀、毒为标，病机演变涉及肺、脾、肾三脏功能动态失衡。初期肺肾气化失司致湿浊壅滞，中期脾肾两虚致湿热瘀阻，后期肾阴亏虚酿成瘀浊毒阻。治疗上林天东教授秉承“清源固本，相间而进”原则分期论治：初期以清热利湿、宣肺通淋为主，方用麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加减，侧重疏利三焦气化；中期治宜健脾益肾、活血利湿，方选易黄汤加减，攻补兼施以复运化；后期侧重滋补肾阴、解毒利湿，方选自拟消抗汤加减，燮理阴阳以祛痼邪。并附验案一则，为慢性前列腺炎的中医治疗提供参考经验。 |

| Professor LIN Tiandong proposes that pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis is rooted in kidney deficiency, with dampness, heat, stasis, and toxins as its manifestations. Its pathological evolution involves a dynamic imbalance in the functions of the lung, spleen, and kidney. In the early stage, impaired qi transformation in the lung and kidney leads to stagnation of turbid dampness. In the middle stage, deficiency of both the spleen and kidney results in damp heat and blood stasis obstruction. In the late stage, kidney yin deficiency gives rise to the accumulation of stasis, turbidity, and toxins. In treatment, Professor LIN adheres to the principle of "addressing the root cause and strengthening the foundation alternately" for stage-specific treatment. In the early stage, the focus is on clearing heat and draining dampness, dispersing the lung and relieving strangury. A modified Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction is used to regulate the qi transformation of sanjiao. In the middle stage, the treatment aims to strengthen the spleen and benefit the kidney, and circulate blood and drain dampness. A modified Yihuang Decoction is selected to reinforce healthy qi and remove pathogenic factors simultaneously, restoring the transport and transformation functions. In the late stage, emphasis is placed on nourishing and supplementing kidney yin, and removing toxins and draining dampness. A modified self-formulated Xiaokang Decoction is employed to harmonize yin and yang eliminate stubborn pathogens. A verified medical record is attached to provide reference experience for the Chinese medicine treatment of chronic prostatitis. |
