| 透邪解毒法是曹洪欣教授基于中医疫病诊疗模式及临床实践提出的治法，其核心在于顺应生命与疾病之势“透邪外达”与“解毒扶正”。本文基于因势利导理念，阐释其在透邪解毒法中的运用，通过分析透邪解毒法“顺势祛邪”“截势防变”“扶正调势”的应用策略，揭示其如何通过顺应病位、病性、病势、时令、地域等方面动态调整治则以适应疫病证候演变规律，并附验案1则，总结曹洪欣教授因势利导运用透邪解毒法的治疗思路和经验，以期为提高中医防治疫病能力提供实践与理论支撑。 |

| Harnessing the trend: CAO Hongxin’s clinical application of pathogen-expelling and toxin-removing therapy |

| Abstract: |
| The method of expelling pathogens and removing toxins is a therapeutic approach proposed by Professor CAO Hongxin based on the TCM model for epidemic disease diagnosis and treatment and his clinical practice. Its core principle lies in adapting to the trend of life and disease to "release pathogens outward" and "remove toxins and strengthen healthy qi". Based on the concept of "harnessing the trend", this paper elucidates its application in the method of expelling pathogens and removing toxins. By analyzing the therapeutic strategies of "eliminating pathogens by following the pathogenic trend", "intercepting the disease progression to prevent deterioration", and "strengthening healthy qi to restore balance", it illustrates how this approach dynamically adapts treatment principles in accordance with the disease location, nature, progression, seasonal changes, and geographical factors to align with the evolving patterns of epidemic diseases. Including a verified medical record, the study summarizes Professor CAO’s clinical reasoning and experience in applying this method through harnessing the trend, aiming to provide both practical and theoretical support for enhancing the capacity of TCM in preventing and treating epidemic diseases. |
