| 摘要: |
| 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种常见的生殖内分泌系统疾病,其发病机制尚未完全明确。内质网应激(ERS)通过未折叠蛋白质应答信号通路参与PCOS的发生发展,与颗粒细胞凋亡、雄激素过多、慢性炎症及胰岛素抵抗等病理过程密切相关。ERS具有保护细胞与促细胞凋亡的双向作用,与中医“脾肾互赞”理论中二者在生理条件下维持机体健康及病理状态下互损导致机体损伤的机制具有相似性。脾肾亏虚可导致细胞内环境紊乱,从而诱发ERS,而ERS的持续激活又进一步加重PCOS的代谢与生殖功能障碍。本文从“脾肾互赞”理论出发,挖掘ERS在PCOS发病机制中的作用,以期研究二者联系,并探讨补肾健脾法调控ERS改善PCOS的作用机制,为PCOS的治疗提供新的思路和方法。 |

| Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common reproductive endocrine system disease, and its pathogenesis is not completely clear. Endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) is involved in the occurrence and development of PCOS through the unfolded protein response signaling pathway, which is closely related to the pathological processes such as granulosa cell apoptosis, excessive androgen, chronic inflammation, and insulin resistance (IR). ERS exhibits a dual role in protecting cells and promoting apoptosis. It shares mechanistic similarities with the theory of "spleen-kidney mutual promotion" in Chinese medicine, wherein spleen and kidney synergistically maintain the body health under physiological conditions, yet lead to mutual damage and contribute to disease progression under pathological states. Spleen and kidney deficiency can lead to intracellular environment disorder, and thus induce ERS, the continuous activation of which further aggravates the metabolic and reproductive dysfunction of PCOS. Based on the theory of "spleen-kidney mutual promotion", this paper explores the role of ERS in the pathogenesis of PCOS, in order to find the relationship between the two, and to explore the mechanism by which the kidney-tonifying and spleen-strengthening therapeutic method alleviates PCOS through regulation of ERS, so as to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of PCOS. |
