| 强化“人民至上”理念，是引领新时代医学生坚定马克思主义人民立场、传承中华优秀传统文化和践行为人民服务宗旨的必然要求。医学院校应围绕医学生综合素质培养目标、落实立德树人根本任务、紧扣社会实际需求，将“人民至上”理念充分融入思想政治教育、课程思政建设、文化培育和实践教育等各个环节，塑造既有精湛专业技术、又有良好医德医风、勇于担负起时代重任的医学后备人才。 |

| Logic, value, and path of integrating the “people first” concept into the moral education of medical students |

| Abstract: |
| Strengthening the concept of "people first" is an inevitable requirement for guiding medical students in the new era to uphold the Marxist people-oriented standpoint, inherit excellent traditional Chinese culture, and practice the purpose of serving the people. Medical colleges and universities should revolve around the goal of cultivating the comprehensive qualities of medical students, fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue and cultivating talents, and closely align with the actual needs of society. They should fully integrate the concept of "people first" into various aspects such as ideological and political education, morals and values education throughout the curriculum, cultural cultivation, and practical education, in order to shape medical reserve talents who not only possess superb professional skills but also exhibit good medical ethics and are courageous in shouldering the important responsibilities of the era. |
