| 大力发展中医药0～3岁婴幼儿托育服务对缓解我国“少子化”问题具有独特的现实价值。中医药作为中国传统文化的重要组成部分，其独特的理论体系和治疗手段在婴幼儿健康管理中展现出显著优势，能够有效减轻家庭的经济负担，提升婴幼儿的健康水平，从而提升家庭生育意愿。探讨中医药在婴幼儿托育服务中的作用，例如提供中药外用防病、小儿推拿、中医调理、知识普及、技术培训等服务。从社会职能、服务模式、标准体系、经营方式、突出中医药特色等角度，探索中医药0～3岁婴幼儿托育机构建设理念。通过深入挖掘中医药在婴幼儿健康管理中的潜力，推动中医药现代化应用，为解决中国“少子化”问题提供新的思路与实践路径。 |

| The vigorous development of Chinese medicine-based child care services for infants and toddlers aged 0-3 holds unique practical value in alleviating China’s issue of "declining birth rates". As an important part of traditional Chinese culture,Chinese medicine demonstrates significant advantages in infant and toddler health management with its unique theoretical system and therapeutic methods. It can effectively reduce the economic burden on families and improve the health of infants and toddlers,thereby enhancing the public’s willingness to have children. This article explores the role of Chinese medicine in child care services, such as providing external applications of Chinese medicines for disease prevention, pediatric tuina, Chinese medicine conditioning, knowledge popularization, and technical training. Additionally, it delves into the construction concept of Chinese medicine-based child care institutions for infants and toddlers aged 0-3 from the perspectives of social functions, service models,standard systems, and operation modes, and highlighting the characteristics of Chinese medicine. By deeply excavating the potential of Chinese medicine in infant and toddler health management and promoting its modern application, this article aims to provide new ideas and pathways for addressing the issue of "declining birth rates" in China. |
