| 摘要: |
| 宫腔粘连、多囊卵巢综合征、子宫内膜异位症、不孕症等生殖疾病是影响女性生殖健康的重点、难点问题。全国名中医尤昭玲创新性提出"生殖链-生殖链终端-终端效应"临证假说，凝练出以"时空论"为核心的"生殖五论"，指导妇科疾病的诊断、治疗和管理。围绕"生殖链-生殖链终端-终端效应"临证假说，提出胞宫-内环-外环3条病邪侵袭路径，构成妇科疾病的多元化病因，将生殖链假说融入妇科生殖疾病的认知、诊疗、评估、评价、管理各个环节中。重视生殖链终端结局，总结出以"时空论"为核心的生殖五论，分别应用"巢宫论" "卵膜论" "冰山论""纳胎论"指导卵巢-子宫疾病、卵泡-子宫内膜疾病、巢衰-泡竭疾病、妊娠疾病的诊断与治疗。对于生殖疾病，关注"巢-泡-宫-膜-带-管-腔"7个部位，综合运用"调泡三部曲" "调泡八法" "调膜十法"等方法 指导临床处方用药。评估管理时，结合疾病特点，将生殖疾病分为中医全病程管理、中医全生命周期管理两类，分类管理，维系女性生殖健康、孕育安全。 |

| Reproductive diseases such as intrauterine adhesions,polycystic ovary syndrome,endometriosis,and infertility are the key and difficult issues affecting female reproductive health.National Famous TCM Physician YOU Zhaoling has innovatively put forward the clinical hypothesis of "reproductive chain-reproductive chain terminal-terminal effects" and condensed the"five theories on reproduction "with" space-time theory "as the core,to guide the diagnosis,treatment,and management of gynecological diseases.Centered on the clinical hypothesis of" reproductive chain-reproductive chain terminal-terminal effects ",Professor YOU has proposed three pathogenic invasion paths of uterine-inner loop-outer loop,which constitutes multiple etiological factors of gynecological diseases,with the reproductive chain hypothesis integrated into the cognition,diagnosis,treatment,assessment,evaluation,and management of female reproductive diseases.Furthermore,attaching importance to the end of the reproductive chain,she has summarized the five reproductive theories with the core of" space-time theory ",applying the theories of" ovary-uterus "," follicles-endometrium "," iceberg ",and" fetus acceptance"to guide the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian-uterine disease,follicular-endometrial disease,ovarian failure-follicular exhaustion disease,and pregnancy disease,respectively.In treating reproductive diseases,focused on the seven parts of "ovary-follicle-uterus-endometrium-junctional zone-fallopian tubes-pelvic cavity" ,Professor YOU comprehensively applies "follicle-regulating trilogy" ,"follicle-adjusting eight methods",and "endometrium-modifying ten methods" to guide clinical prescription and medication.When assessing and administrating,based on the characteristics of the disease,Professor YOU insists on dividing the reproductive diseases into two types,namely,full course management with Chinese medicine and whole life cycle management with Chinese medicine to perform categorical management,so as to maintain female reproductive health and safe pregnancy. |
