| 笔者临床多用"病-脉-证-治"诊治模式即辨病-辨脉-辨证-辨治模式,倡"杂病治肝、多脏调燮、微观辨证、疏通督脉"的学术思想,临证每每疗效应桴。辑录医话七则,归纳胸痹心痛、大肠胀、不寐、肺结节、瘿瘤的诊治经验与临床心得,以期对临床有所裨益。 |

| Abstract: |
| The diagnosis and treatment mode of "disease-pulse-pattern-treatment" in clinical practice is frequently used in my clinical practice, that is, disease identification-pulse identification-pattern identification-identification and treatment mode. I also follow the academic thoughts, that is "Treat the liver firstly when patients suffer from miscellaneous diseases, multiple zang organs should be regulated together, patterns need to be identified in a micro sense, and the Du meridian should be dredged to function well." These help me to cure patients with good effects. Here, seven medical notes are compiled to summarize the diagnosis and treatment experience of chest bi-impediment, large intestine distension, insomnia, pulmonary nodules and gall tumors, in order to benefit the future clinical practice. |
