摘要: |
青年研究生导师的质量能直接影响研究生人才培养的效果。但青年研究生导师往往对自身发展和育人过程存在困惑,这主要与立德树人落实力度不足、导师经验交流学习缺乏保障、导师培训体系不够健全、导师考评机制尚未完善、导师激励机制仍待建设有关。本课题组针对以上问题,提出建立师德师风评议机制、搭建导师经验交流研讨平台、完善导师培训制度、完善导师考评体系、建立导师激励示范机制等青年研究生导师质量提升的改进措施,并以青年研究生导师能力构成要素为导向,以标志性成果为目标,构建青年研究生导师“555质量提升体系”。该体系目前已在湖南中医药大学研究生教育工作中应用并取得初步成效,为建设我国青年研究生导师队伍提供参考与借鉴。 |

Construction and practice of "555 Quality Improvement System" for young postgraduate tutors ——Taking Hunan University of Chinese Medicine as an example |

Abstract: |
The quality of young postgraduate tutors directly affects the effectiveness of talents cultivation. However, young postgraduate tutors are often confused in their own development and education process, mainly due to insufficient implementation of fostering virtue through education, the lack of guarantee for tutors' experience exchange and learning, unsound tutor training system, incomplete tutor assessment mechanism, and the lack of incentive mechanism. In response to the above problems, the research group put forward quality improvement measures, including establishing evaluation mechanisms of tutor ethics, building platforms for tutors' experience exchange and seminars, improving tutor training and assessment systems, and establishing tutor incentive demonstration mechanisms. In addition, guided by the ability elements of young postgraduate tutors and aiming at their landmark achievements, a "555 Quality Improvement System" was constructed. Moreover, it has been applied to the postgraduate education of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine and has achieved preliminary results, providing reference and inspiration for the construction of young postgraduate tutor teams in China. |
