| 国医大师何成瑶重视“养精”“育胞”在女性生理、病理中的地位，临证详辨肾中阴阳的各种变化，并以此为基础辨治妇科肾虚类疾病，创立养精育胞论。认为“三焦气化失司、心肾水火不济”是此类疾病的基本病机。首次提出以“温枢三焦，宁心坚肾”为治法，实现肾的阴阳平衡。基于养精育胞论的理论内涵，创制妇科调经1、2、3、4号方，构建中医妇科肾虚类疾病治疗新体系。并附验案加以阐明。 |

| Abstract: |
| HE Chengyao, the National TCM Practitioner, attaches great importance to "nourishing essence" and "nurturing uterus" in women's physiology and pathology as well as clinical differentiation of various changes in kidney yin and yang. Based on this, she has created the theory of "nourishing essence and nurturing uterus" by differentiating and treating gynecological kidney deficiency diseases. She believes that the basic pathogenesis of these diseases is the "dysfunction of the Sanjiao qi transformation and disharmony between the heart and the kidney". Therefore, for the first time, she puts forward the treatment method of "warming and dredging the Sanjiao, calming the heart and strengthening the kidney" to restore the balance of kidney yin and yang. Based on the connotation of "nourishing essence and nurturing uterus", Gynecological Formula No. 1, 2, 3, and 4 for Regulating Menstruation were created to construct a new system for treating gynecological kidney deficiency diseases in TCM. In this paper, the medical records are attached for better illustration. |
