| 节气与人的生、长、壮、老生命变化以及疾病发生息息相关。鼻鼽的发生乃阴阳失衡的体现，其证候随节气节律的更替亦可出现变化。通过阐释节气节律的阴阳机制，发现阴阳平衡与免疫调节等有互通互用之处。总结国医大师干祖望治疗鼻鼽的临床用药特点：春分温肺驱寒；夏至清热脱敏；秋分补气固表或顾肺滋阴；冬至温补肾阳。深入探索二分二至（春分、夏至、秋分、冬至）节气对鼻鼽中医临床治疗的影响。 |

| Abstract: |
| Solar terms are closely related to human life changes of birth, growth, maturing, and aging, as well as to diseases. The occurrence of Biqiu (allergic rhinitis) is an embodiment of the imbalance of yin and yang, and its patterns will change with the alternation of solar terms. Additionally, by explaining the yin-yang mechanism of solar terms, similarities and interoperability between yin-yang balance and immune regulation has been found. This paper has summarized the clinical medication characteristics of Biqiu (allergic rhinitis) treated by National TCM Practitioner GAN Zuwang, including warming the lung and dispelling cold during the Spring Equinox, clearing heat and performing desensitization during the Summer Solstice, tonifying qi to secure the exterior or nourishing lung yin during the Autumnal Equinox, and warming and tonifying kidney yang during the Winter Solstice. It has also deeply explored the effects of the Equinoxes and Solstices (the Spring Equinox, the Summer Solstice, the Autumn Equinox, and the Winter Solstice) on the TCM clinical treatment of Biqiu (allergic rhinitis). |
