电针联合全身振动训练对中度膝骨关节炎患者本体感觉及运动功能的影响 |

摘要: |
目的 观察探析电针联合全身振动训练对中度膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis, KOA)患者本体感觉和运动功能的疗效。方法 将80例中度KOA患者随机分为电针组和联合组,每组40例。电针组采用电针疗法,联合组在电针基础上结合全身振动训练,均每天治疗1次,每周5次(周六、周日休息),疗程为4周。在治疗前及治疗4周后,通过Lysholm膝关节功能评估量表评估膝关节功能,“起立-行走”计时测试(time "up and go" test, TUGT)评估步行功能,等速训练仪检测主动角度重现测试值(active angel repositioning, AAR)及被动运动阈值测量值(threshold to detection of passive movement, TDPM),Pro-Kin平衡系统检测测试执行时间(test time execution, TTE)及多轴平均轨迹误差(average trace error, ATE)。结果 治疗后,两组患者的Lysholm评分较治疗前提高,TUGT时间较治疗前降低,AAR、TDPM较治疗前减小,TTE、ATE较治疗前减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中,联合组的上述指标较电针组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论 电针联合全身振动训练可显著改善中度KOA患者本体感觉和运动功能,且较单纯电针疗效更佳。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture combined with whole body vibration training (WBVT) on proprioception and motor function of patients with moderate knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods The total of 80 patients with moderate KOA were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group and combination group, with 40 cases in each. The electroacupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture, and the combination group was given electroacupuncture combined with WBVT. The treatment in each group was performed once a day, 5 times a week (from Monday to Friday), and lasted for 4 weeks. Four weeks before and after treatment, knee function was evaluated by Lysholm Knee Joint Function Assessment Scale, walking function was evaluated by the timed "up and go" test (TUGT), active angle reproduction (AAR) and threshold to detection of passive movement (TDPM) were measured by isokinetic trainer, and test time execution (TTE) and multi-axis average trace error (ATE) were measured by Pro-Kin balance system. Results Compared with those before treatment, the Lysholm scores in both groups increased after treatment, while TUGT time, AAR, TDPM, TTE, and ATE decreased, with a statistical significance (P<0.05); the above indicators in the combination group improved more significantly than those in the electroacupuncture group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of electroacupuncture and WBVT can significantly improve proprioception and motor function in moderate KOA patients, and the therapeutic effect is better than that of electroacupuncture alone. |
