| 总结彭清华教授运用宣散退翳法治疗外伤性角膜损伤术后经验。彭清华教授认为外伤性角膜损伤术后病因病机以卫外不固、风热侵袭为标，气血失和、正气不足为本。治疗上强调标本结合同治，将扶正、祛邪、退翳诸法合参，确立轻清宣透以疏散风热，调理气血以扶助正气，明目退翳以消散翳障的辨治思路，可改善临床症状，延缓病程进展，并注重精神调摄，预防疾病再发，取得良好临床疗效。 |

| Abstract: |
| Professor PENG Qinghua's experience in treating traumatic corneal injury after surgery by dispersing and removing nebula has been summarized. He believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of traumatic corneal injury after surgery are manifested by insecurity of defensive exterior and wind-heat attack, and rooted by by disharmony of qi and blood and deficiency of healthy qi. Accordingly, he has treated both manifestation and root, and has taken methods of reinforcing the healthy qi, eliminating pathogenic factors, and removing nebula, etc. He has identified the following ways of treating and differentiating: dispersing with drugs of light nature to release the pathogenic wind-heat, regulating and harmonizing qi and blood to strengthen healthy qi, brightening the eyes and removing nebula to treat corneal nebula. These ways can alleviate symptoms and delay the process of disease. Moreover, the treatment also adjusts the mental state, and prevents from the recurrence of the disease, thus achieving good clinical efficacy. |
