| 基于中医情志护理的持续沟通联合耳穴压豆对精神分裂症的护理效果 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨基于中医情志护理的持续沟通联合耳穴压豆在精神分裂症患者中的护理效果。方法 选择2020年1月至2021年12月在长沙市某三甲医院收治的精神分裂症患者98例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各49例。两组患者均予以奥氮平片，5~20 mg/d，1次/d，对照组行常规心理疏导及健康宣教，观察组给予基于中医情志护理的持续沟通联合耳穴压豆，两组疗程均为8周。采用精神病评估量表（brief psychiatric rating scale，BPRS）评估两组患者精神病症状、社会功能评定量表（scale of social function of psychosis inpatients，SSFPI）评估社会功能改善情况、住院病人观察量表（nurses'observation scale for inpatient evaluation，NOSIE）评估行为障碍程度，并记录危险发生情况，比较两组患者护理效果。结果 干预后，观察组BPRS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组SSFPI评分、NOSIE积极方面评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组NOSIE量表消极方面评分及危险行为发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 基于中医情志护理的持续沟通联合耳穴压豆可有效改善精神分裂症患者的精神症状、社会功能及行为障碍，并降低其危险行为发生率，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To explore nursing effects of continuous communication based on TCM emotional nursing combined with auricular seed acupressure on schizophrenia patients. Methods A total of 98 patients with schizophrenia admitted to a tertiary hospital in Changsha from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 49 patients each. Both groups were given olanzapine tablets 5~20 mg/d, once daily. In addition, the control group was provided with routine psychological counseling and health education, while the observation group was given continuous communication based on TCM emotional nursing combined with auricular seed acupressure. The course of treatment in both groups was 8 weeks. The brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) was used to evaluate the psychotic symptoms of the patients in the two groups, the scale of social function of psychosis inpatients (SSFPI) was used to assess their improvement in social function, and the nurses' observation scale for inpatient evaluation (NOSIE) was used to determine the degree of behavioral impairment. The occurrence of risky behaviors was recorded. Finally, the nursing outcome of the two groups of patients was compared. Results After intervention, the BPRS score of observation group was lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the SSFPI score and the score of positive aspect in NOSIE of observation group were higher than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the score of negative aspect in NOSIE and the incidence of risky behavior in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous communication based on TCM emotional nursing combined with auricular seed acupressure can effectively improve the mental symptoms, social functions, and behavioral disorders of patients with schizophrenia, and reduce the incidence of risky behaviors, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
