| 摘要: |
| 通过列举国医大师林天东运用补中益气汤治疗痿病、阴吹、异位妊娠（合用寿胎丸）、虚劳、臁疮（合用五味消毒饮）的典型病案，总结林天东教授临证运用补中益气汤辨治多种疾病的经验。“异病同治”的核心是辨证精准。林天东教授基于“异病同治”的中医原则，以补中益气汤为主方，通过辨病、辨证加减用药，在内、外、妇、儿等多科疾病取得了较好的中医疗效，扩大了补中益气汤临床应用范围。 |

| Abstract: |
| Our paper has listed the medical records of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in treating flaccidity, vaginal flatulence, ectopic pregnancy (combined with Shoutai Pill), deficiency-consumption, and shank ulcer (combined with Wuwei Xiaodu Drink) by National TCM Practitioner LIN Tiandong, and summarized his experience in using Buzhong Yiqi Decoction to treat various diseases. The core of "same treatment for different diseases" is the accurate pattern identification. Based on this TCM principle, Professor LIN Tiandong has achieved good effects in treating internal, external, gynecological, and pediatric diseases by identifying disease and pattern, and modifying the medication, expanding the clinical application scope of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction. |
