| 寒毒之名首见于《素问·五常政大论》。随着中医肿瘤病机理论体系发展，现代医家不断丰富寒毒与肿瘤发病、转移、治疗的相关性认识。寒毒作为一种特殊的复合病机，以“癌毒”为核心，兼夹寒邪，治当温阳解毒。“温阳解毒法”适用于寒毒病邪，是选择既具有温里祛寒之功，又兼具抗癌解毒之效药物组方的对应性治法，是多种肿瘤各期辨证应用的复合治法，也是恶性肿瘤的临床主要治法。“温阳解毒法”所应用的药物主要适用于癌毒夹寒的复合病机，代表药物包括附子、干姜、桂枝、川乌、花椒等。 |

| Abstract: |
| The term "cold toxin" first appeared in Su Wen-Wu Chang Zheng Da Lun (Basic Questions-Major Discussion on the Administration of Five-Motions). With development of the theoretical system of TCM tumor pathogenesis, modern doctors continue to enrich the understanding of the correlation between cold toxin and the onset, metastasis, and treatment of tumors. As a special complex pathogenesis, cold toxin takes "cancer toxin" as the core and also involves cold pathogenic factors, which should be treated with warming yang and removing toxins. Selecting Chinese medicines with both functions of warming the interior to dissipate cold and fighting cancer and removing toxins to form TCM formulas, this treatment method is suitable for eliminating pathogenic factors of cold toxin. Based on pattern identification, it is a compound treatment for various tumors with different stages and is the main clinical treatment for malignant tumors. The Chinese medicines used in the treatment are mainly applicable to the complex pathogenesis of cancer toxin with cold. The representative Chinese medicines include Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix), Huajiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) etc. |
