| 摘要: |
| 在建设文化强国的背景下，中医药文化传承创新具有十分重要的意义，有利于增强文化自信、文化认同和文化自觉，是提升中华文化软实力的“代表”，推动中华文化“走出去”的“先锋”，推动中华文化创新的“活水”。但是，应清醒地认识到中医药文化传承创新面临发展机制不健全、人才短缺、创造性转化与创新性发展不够、对外交流传播不畅等困境。基于此，提出立足文化强国建设的战略高度，增强中医药文化的引领力；重视人才培养，提升中医药文化的生命力；聚焦理论创新和技术突破，激活中医药文化的创造力；深化中医药文化人文交流与合作，增强中医药文化的影响力等一系列举措，以期为中医药文化传承创新提供新思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| In the context of building a country with a strong socialist culture, the cultural inheritance and innovation of Chinese medicine is of great significance, which is conducive to enhancing cultural confidence, cultural identity, and cultural awareness. It is the "representative" of the soft power of Chinese culture, the "pioneer" of Chinese culture going abroad, and the "fresh water" of Chinese cultural innovation. However, people should be soberly aware that the cultural inheritance and innovation of Chinese medicine is facing predicaments such as an imperfect development mechanism, talent shortages, insufficient innovative transformation and development,, and poor international communication and dissemination. For those problems, this paper has proposed a series of solutions, such as affirming the strategic perspective of building a country with a strong socialist culture which is the leadership of Chinese medicine culture, attaching great importance to talent cultivation which is the vitality of Chinese medicine culture, focusing on theoretical innovation and technological breakthroughs which are sources of the creativity of Chinese medicine culture, and deepening cultural exchanges and cooperation which are the fuel of the influence of Chinese medicine culture. This paper aims to provide new ideas for the cultural inheritance and innovation of Chinese medicine. |
