| 摘要: |
| 基于“脾为之使”理论，运用脾脏能够生化运转精微滋养脏腑肌肉以及调理枢利全身气机这两种功能，探析中医脏腑辨治早泄新思路。脾气亏虚，精微不生不运，气机枢利不及，则肌肉无所充，肾中阴阳无所生，心神无所养，肝血无所滋，宗气无所化，故临床施治中应注重脾胃作为后天之本对肾、心、肝、肺脏腑生命活动的重要作用，健脾益气以充养肌肉控精关，补脾助运以平肾中阴阳之衡，调脾升清以养心定神不妄泄，运脾疏肝以补肝体而助肝用，培土生金以条畅肺宣降之功。因此，诊治早泄当注重顾护脾胃以护持五脏发挥正常的生理功能。 |

| Abstract: |
| To explore the new idea of treating premature ejaculation by TCM pattern differentiation of zang-fu organs based on the principle of "the spleen serving as the envoy" and the two spleen functions: transporting and transforming refined substance to nourish internal organs and muscles as well as regulating and soothing the qi of the whole body. The failure of production and transportation of refined substance and impaired qi activity due to spleen qi deficiency will lead to dystrophy of muscles, non-generation of kidney yin and yang, malnutrition of heart spirit and liver blood, and non-formation of zong-pectoral qi. Therefore, in clinical treatment, attention should be paid to the important roles of the spleen and stomach as the postnatal foundation in life activities of the kidney, heart, liver, lung, and other viscera. Those include strengthening the spleen and qi to nourish muscles and control spermatozoa, tonifying the spleen and promoting transportation to keep the balance of kidney yin and yang, regulating the spleen and raising the clear to nourish the heart and calm the mind to prevent premature ejaculation, promoting the spleen's transportation and soothing the liver so as to replenish the liver and improve liver function, and tonifying the spleen and benefiting the lung to promote the lungs in dispersing and descending. In summary, the diagnosis and treatment of premature ejaculation should focus on protecting the spleen and stomach in order to maintain the normal physiological functions of the five zang organs. |
