| 摘要: |
| 多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS)是妇科常见的内分泌疾病,是威胁女性生殖健康的重要因素之一。其不规律的月经、肥胖、痤疮、不孕等表现严重影响女性身心健康。全国名中医尤昭玲根据疾病特质,将妇科疾病分为中医全病程管理、中医全生命周期管理、中医全疾病管理3种类型,分类管理,维系女性生殖健康、孕育安全。尤昭玲教授将PCOS归属于需要中医全生命周期管理的疾病范畴。将PCOS分为青春期、育龄期、围绝经期-绝经后期三期论治,设立A、B、C、D 4种治疗方案,为PCOS患者提供系统化、个体化、精准化的治疗方案。 |

| Abstract: |
| Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine disease in gynecology and one of the most important factors threatening women's reproductive health. The symptoms such as irregular menstruation, obesity, acne, and infertility seriously affect women's physical and mental health. According to the disease attributes, YOU Zhaoling, the national famous TCM practitioner, divides the management of gynecological diseases into three types: whole course management by TCM, life-cycle management by TCM, and whole disease management by TCM. The categorized management promotes women's reproductive health and pregnancy safety. Moreover, Professor YOU Zhaoling classifies PCOS as the disease that requires life-cycle management by TCM, and she divides PCOS into three stages: adolescence, childbearing age, and perimenopausal-menopause period. Accordingly, four regimens of A, B, C, and D are set up to provide systematic, individualized and precision therapies for PCOS patients. |
