| 摘要: |
| 白癜风是常见的色素脱失性皮肤病，临床易诊难治，其发病病机与气血密切相关。结合中医理论与临床实践，从“气血冲和”理论构建白癜风中医治疗思路，认为白癜风的病机核心在气血失和，施治以调气和血为基础，辨气血之盛衰虚实，从而祛风、补益肝肾、温阳以使气血冲和，肌肤得养。因此，基于“气血冲和”理论，从气血失和探讨白癜风的发病，总结其治疗原则，以期为白癜风的中医治疗提供相关参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| Vitiligo is a common depigmented skin disease characterized by being easy to diagnose but difficult to cure, and the mechanism is closely related to qi and blood. Combined with the theory and clinical practice of Chinese medicine, the treatment of vitiligo is based on the theory of "harmony of qi and blood". The disharmony of qi and blood is the pathogenesis of vitiligo and the essential treatment is to dispel wind, nourish liver and kidney and warm yang on the basis of harmonizing qi and blood to nourish the skin. According to the theory of "harmony of qi and blood", the pathogenesis of vitiligo were discussed from the disharmony of qi and blood, and the treatment principles were summarized, expecting to provide relevant references for treating vitiligo. |
