| 摘要: |
| 目的 利用数据挖掘软件，分析探讨刘华教授治疗非小细胞性肺癌的学术思想。方法 基于中医传承计算平台（V3.0）软件，收集刘教授治疗非小细胞性肺癌的门诊病历，进行数据规范化并录入软件，应用平台统计分析、方剂分析、症状分析等功能对数据进行分析，结合临床，总结刘教授处方用药规律，证实其学术思想的实践性。结果 共纳入138个处方，207味中药，治则治法频次最高者为软坚、扶正；药性以平、温为主；药味以甘味最多；归经以肺经最多；补虚药使用频率最高；高频症状前5位为咳嗽、气促、夜尿频、乏力、痰色白；聚类分析得出4个核心处方，功效以温补肺脾、扶正抗癌、化痰活血为主。结论 刘教授强调肺癌在发病中正气的重要性，“肺阳亏虚”“痰瘀同源”是导致本病发生的核心病机，治疗从“扶正抗癌”“肺脾兼顾”着手，病历分析结果与刘教授学术思想互相吻合，证明刘教授治疗非小细胞肺癌的学术思想具有可实践性，可为肺癌防治提供新思路和新经验。 |

| Objective To analyze Professor LIU Hua's academic thoughts on the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer by data mining. Methods Based on Chinese Medicine Inheritance and Calculation Platform (V3.0), the outpatient cases of non-small cell lung cancer by Professor LIU were collected to standardize the data and analyzed by functions, such as statistical analysis, prescription analysis, and symptom analysis. Based on clinical practice, this paper summarized the medication rules of Professor LIU's prescription to confirm the practicality of her academic thoughts. Results A total of 138 formulas were included, involving 207 Chinese medicines. It is mainly treated by sorting hardness and reinforcing healthy qi; the drug properties were mainly mild and warm; the flavor was sweet; the medicines mainly access to the lung meridians; the most frequently used drugs were deficiency-tonifying drugs; the top five high-frequency symptoms were cough, shortness of breath, frequent nocturnal urination, fatigue, and white sputum; four core prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis, with the main efficacy of warming and tonifying the lung and spleen, strengthening the healthy qi and suppressing the cancer, and resolving phlegm and activating blood circulation. Conclusion Professor LIU emphasized the healthy qi when dealing with lung cancer, and "deficiency of lung yang" and "homology of phlegm and blood stasis" were the core pathogenesis. The treatment started from "reinforcing healthy qi and suppressing cancer" and "giving consideration to both the lung and spleen". The results of case analysis are consistent with Professor LIU's academic thoughts, which proves that Professor LIU's academic thoughts on the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer is highly practical, and thus can provide new ideas and experience for the prevention and treatment of lung cancer. |
