| 摘要: |
| 津液是人体内的精微物质，男性勃起过程有赖机体内津液的调和。“津液失调”包含津液亏虚和津液运化失常两个方面，二者与勃起功能障碍（erectile dysfunction, ED）的发生存在切实可循的密切关联。其中，津液亏虚可直接导致ED，亦可通过影响气、血、神间接导致ED；津液运化失常包括津液气化不畅、痰饮水湿蓄积，二者皆可导致ED。针对“津液失调”，可运用养阴生津，敛降虚火；补益气血，安养神志；调畅气机，以助津液；蠲痰化饮，利水祛湿等临证思路来治疗ED。 |

| Abstract: |
| Body fluid is the subtle substance in the human body, and the male erection depends on the coordination of body fluid. "Body fluid disorders" refer to body fluid deficiency and abnormal body fluid transport, which are both closely related to the occurrence of erectile dysfunction (ED). Body fluid deficiency can lead to ED directly and also indirectly by influencing qi, blood and spirit. While body fluid transport disorder includes abnormal body fluid movement and the retention of phlegm, fluid, water and dampness, both of which can lead to ED. For "body fluid disorders", we can treat erectile dysfunction by nourishing yin to generate fluid, and controlling deficiency fire; nourishing qi and blood, and tranquilizing spirit; soothing qi activity to regulate fluid; removing phlegm to reduce fluid, and dissolving dampness to sooth water. |
