| 摘要: |
| 中医学认为早泄病机复杂且与多个脏腑密切相关，辨证分型和治疗用药存在差异和难度。为进一步探明早泄病机并提高临床辨治疗效，基于藏象学说、五行生克理论及医家学术经验总结，分析认为早泄多与肾、肝、心三脏相关，其中肾为根本原因，肝是中心环节，心是直接诱因，并提出“肾-肝-心”轴辨治早泄理论。临床上可依循“肾-肝-心”轴自下而上分部辨证分型，并根据三部组合证型指导临床用药，在此基础上周青教授结合自身多年临床实践及地域特点，认为临床以肾水不足-肝胆湿热-心火妄动证型较为常见，进而提出加味三才封髓丹作为治疗用药。加味三才封髓丹作为经典方剂三才汤和封髓丹的组合化裁，具有滋补肾水、清利肝胆、清心安神之效，使得肾、肝、心三脏互相制衡协调，适用于早泄治疗并取得良好疗效，以期为中医临床诊治早泄提供新思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| The pathogenesis of premature ejaculation (PE) is complex and closely related to multiple viscera in Chinese medicine, so it’s difficult to differentiate patterns and to treat. To further explore the pathogenesis of PE and improve the clinical effect, we bases on the zang-xiang theory, the five elements theory and the summary of medical academic experience, and proposes that PE is related to the kidney, liver and heart, among which the kidney is the root cause, the liver is the central link, and the heart is the direct inducing factor. Clinically, the pattern can be differentiated according to the "kidney-liver-heart" axis from bottom to top, and the clinical medication can be guided following the combination of the three pattern types. Professor ZHOU Qing, based on her years of clinical practice and the region characteristics of PE, believes that the common clinical patterns are insufficient kidney water, damp-heat of the liver and gallbladder, and excessive heart fire. In accordance, she uses Jiawei Sancai Pill to treat PE. Combining the classic Sancai Decoction and Fengsui Pill, Jiawei Sancai Fengsui Pill nourishes the kidney and water, clears the liver and gallbladder, and clears the heart and calms the mind, so that the kidney, liver and heart are balanced and coordinated with each other. Jiawei Sancai Fengsui Pill has good effects on PE and has provided a new idea for PE diagnosis and treatment in Chinese medicine. |
