| 摘要: |
| 慢性萎缩性胃炎是临床常见的脾胃疾病。刘启泉教授认为脾与胃虽有协同作用,但二者各司升降、纳运有别、喜恶不同,在慢性萎缩性胃炎发生发展的过程中,主病位不同,治则治法应随之不同,提出“脾胃分治”。治疗上,刘教授倡导圆机活法,巧用药性,配伍精当,治脾以风药清扬升脾气、芬芳善行助脾运、补中有动温脾阳;治胃以对药和降调胃气、甘寒为用清胃热、清润安中养胃阴、角药缓图通胃络。以上诸法在“脾胃分治”的理论指导下灵活取用,疗效显著。 |

| Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common disease of the spleen and stomach in clinical practice. Professor LIU Qiquan believes that although the spleen and stomach have synergistic effects, their functions of ascending and descending,receiving and transporting, and their likes and dislikes are all different. He believes that in the occurrence and development of chronic atrophic gastritis, with the different main diseased parts, the treatment principles and methods should also be different.Therefore, he proposes "different treatment of spleen and stomach". In terms of treatment, Professor LIU advocates the use of flexible methods, skillfully using the properties of Chinese medicine, and precisely matching. He believes that herbs with wind properties can raise spleen qi; aromatic herbs can help the spleen to transport; nourishing herbs can warm spleen yang. In the treatment of the stomach, a pair of Chinese herbs are used to descend stomach qi; sweet and cool Chinese herbs are used to eliminate stomach heat; Chinese medicines with moist properties are used to moisturize the stomach yin, and a set of three Chinese medicines is used to slowly unblock the stomach collaterals. The above methods are flexibly taken under the guidance of the theory of "different treatments of spleen and stomach", and the efficacy is remarkable. |
