| 小儿神志病从脏腑辨证,属心肝系病症,包含现代医学中的癫痫、抽动障碍、注意缺陷多动障碍、失语等疾病。例举国医大师熊继柏诊治的小儿癫痫、注意缺陷多动障碍、抽动障碍3类疾病医案,分别辨证为风痰闭阻证、肝热动风证、惊痫证、痰火扰神证、肝风掣动证,方选定痫丸、羚角钩藤汤、安神定志丸、生铁落饮、镇肝熄风汤、天麻止痉散等经方,并在此基础上加减化裁,临床疗效确切。 |

| Abstract: |
| Pediatric mental illness is the heart and liver disease based on differentiation of zang and fu organs, including epilepsy, tic disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, aphasia and other diseases in modern medicine. Here, we listed the medical records of pediatric epilepsy, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and tic disorder diagnosed and treated by TCM Master XIONG Jibo; we differentiated the patterns of wind and sputum obstruction, liver heat stirring wind, epilepsy, phlegm fire disturbance, and liver wind vibration. Based on the above, the Dingxian Pill, Lingjiao Gouteng Decoction, Anshen Dingzhi Pill,Shentieluo Drink, Zhen'gan Xifeng Decoction, Tianma Zhijing Powder, and other classic formulas were chosen as the formulas. We further modified them and achieved definite clinical efficacy. |
