| 宫腔粘连（intrauterine adhesion, IUA）是我国常见的妇科特色疾病，具有高复粘率、高流产率、高胎盘残留率、低妊娠率和低产后再生率的特点，严重影响女性生殖和心身健康。探析胞宫与脏腑、经络、气血的关系，从膜损脉伤络断的病因病机出发，结合调理和备孕不同阶段及女性生理周期阴阳气血的变化规律，探讨IUA求子的二段分期针灸序贯治疗方案，以期为IUA求子的针灸临床治疗提供思路和参考依据。 |

| Abstract: |
| Intrauterine adhesion (IUA) is one of the common gynecological characteristic diseases in China, and it is featured by the high rate of re-adhesion, abortion, and retained placenta, and the low rate of pregnancy and post-natal regeneration. It has severely affected the reproduction, mental and physical health of females. Our study analyzed the relationships among uterus, zang-fu organs, meridians, and qi and blood. Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of injury in membranes and meridians, we concluded the changing rules of yin and yang, qi and blood in different stages of regulating and pregnancy preparation and female physiological cycle. We finally discussed the scheme of two-stage sequential acupuncture treatment for IUA, aiming to provide new perspectives for clinical acupuncture treatment of IUA. |
