摘要: |
中药作为一种毒副作用少的天然物质,在抗衰老研究领域有巨大的潜力。本文就近年来以秀丽隐杆线虫为动物模型,探索中药通过对多种信号通路及衰老相关基因的调控发挥抗衰老作用的研究进行综述,为深入探索中药延缓衰老的生物活性和分子机制提供理论依据和试验参考。 |

Abstract: |
Traditional Chinese medicine, as the natural substance with low toxic and side effects, has great potential in anti-aging research. This paper reviews the recent studies on the anti-aging effects of traditional Chinese medicine through the regulation of various signaling pathways and aging-related genes using Caenorhabditis elegans, so as to provide theoretical basis and experimental reference for further exploration of the biological activities and molecular mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine in delaying aging. |
