无创性脑成像技术在针刺治疗卒中后认知障碍中的临床应用进展

摘要:
    认知障碍是卒中后常见的并发症之一,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前,无创性脑成像技术广泛用于评价针刺疗法治疗卒中后认知障碍的临床疗效。本文主要探讨无创性脑成像技术中的功能磁共振成像、事件相关电位、近红外脑功能成像及弥散张量成像在针刺治疗卒中后认知障碍中的临床应用进展,为针刺治疗卒中后认知障碍及国际化推广提供参考依据。

Clinical application of non-invasive brain imaging technology in acupuncture treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment

Abstract:
    Cognitive impairment is one of the common complications after stroke, which seriously affects the patients' quality of life. At present, non-invasive brain imaging technology has been widely used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture therapy on post-stroke cognitive impairment. This paper mainly discusses the progress of the clinical application of functional magnetic resonance imaging, event-related potential, functional near-infrared spectroscopy and diffusion tensor imaging in acupuncture treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment. It aims to provide reference for acupuncture treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment and international promotion.
