摘要: |
气道重塑是哮喘致死的关键因素,一旦形成,难以逆转。基于转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)/Smads信号通路与哮喘气道重塑的密切关系,既往研究已初步表明针刺通过调控TGF-β1/Smads信号通路实现抑制气道重塑的发展进程。本文从指标检测、研究方案、取穴标准、针刺时机4个方面对针刺调控TGF-β1/Smads信号通路干预气道重塑的实验研究进行分析并得出解决方案,为今后研究工作提供参考。 |

Abstract: |
Airway remodeling is a key factor in death from asthma, and once formed, it is difficult to reverse. Based on the close relationship between the transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1)/Smads signaling pathway and airway remodeling in asthma, the previous studies have preliminarily shown that acupuncture suppresses the developmental progression of airway remodeling by regulating the TGF-β1/Smads signaling pathway. In this paper, the experimental research on the intervention of acupuncture on TGF-β1/Smads signaling pathway in airway remodeling was analyzed and solutions were produced from four aspects: indicator detection, research scheme, acupoint selection standard and acupuncture timing, aiming to provide reference for the future research. |
