| “中年振基”是张景岳最具代表性、指导性的思想之一，体现了中医学治未病学术思想，并贯穿于张景岳学术理论体系；“肾精为本、阴阳互济”“温补脾肾、培本固元”“滋补精血、乙癸同源”等理论，亦备受后世学者的推崇。在男性不育的防治中，张景岳从养生学角度倡导养性节欲以保精，治疗方面强调辨证论治，认为男性不育其本在于肾，与脾、肝密切相关；确立了“扶阳不忘补阴、补阴不离扶阳”“补后天以养先天”“气血双补、肝肾共养”等治则。从“中年振基”思想着手，从理论内涵、治则治法、遣方用药等方面，进一步对张景岳所提出的阴阳互济、先后天同补、乙癸同源等理论在中医药防治男性不育症应用上予以探究，以飨同道。 |

| Laying foundation at middle ages is one of ZHANG Jingyue's most representative and guiding thoughts. It embodies the academic thought of preventive treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and runs through ZHANG Jingyue's academic theory system; the theories of "kidney essence is the foundation, Yin and Yang are mutually beneficial", "warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney, cultivating the foundation and strengthening Yuan", "nourishing the essence and blood, and the homology of liver and kidney" are also highly praised by later scholars. In the prevention and treatment of male infertility, ZHANG Jingyue advocated the self-cultivation and abstinence to preserve the essence from the perspective of health preservation. In the treatment, he emphasized treatment based on syndrome differentiation. He believed that male infertility originated from the kidney and was closely related to the spleen and liver. He has established therapeutic principles such as "supporting Yang without forgetting to supplement Yin, supplementing Yin with tonifying Yang", "supplementing the acquired to nourish the innate", and "supplementing both Qi and blood, and nourishing the liver and kidney together". This paper starts from the thought of "laying foundation at middle ages", discusses the application of ZHANG's theory of “Yin and Yang are mutually beneficial, complementing innate and acquired essence, homology of liver and kidney" in the prevention and treatment of male infertility from the aspects of theoretical connotation, treatment principle and method, prescription and medication. |
