| 全国名中医朴炳奎认为卵巢癌属本虚标实之证，其形成和发展的内在依据是正气亏虚、脏腑失和，关键因素是癌毒内生，直接病机是郁、瘀、痰、毒内结。治疗上，主张扶正培本、调和脏腑、兼顾祛邪，从围手术期、化疗期、维持治疗期等不同阶段对卵巢癌进行分阶段的综合辨治。对朴炳奎教授治疗卵巢癌的中西医结合证治思路进行探讨，并附医案1则。 |

| PIAO Bingkui, the national famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, believes that ovarian cancer is a syndrome of deficiency in root and excess in tip, and the internal basis of its formation and development is the deficiency of vital Qi and the imbalance of Zang-fu. The key pathogenic factor is the cancer toxin and the direct pathogenesis is the cement of Qi stagnation, blood stasis, phlegm and toxicity. In the treatment, professor PIAO Bingkui advocates strengthening and cultivating the root, regulating the imbalance of Zang-fu and eliminating evil at the same time. Comprehensive and individualized treatment of ovarian cancer should be carried out in different stages, such as perioperative period, chemotherapy period and maintenance treatment period. This paper discusses the idea of professor PIAO Bingkui's treatment of ovarian cancer by integrating Chinese and western Medicine and a medical case is attached. |
