| 中医药拔尖创新人才培养是中医药自身发展和服务国家战略的需要。当前，中医药拔尖创新人才培养面临挑战，存在人才培养体制机制创新不够完善、中医药院校教育教学模式有待改革以及人才储备不足等问题。针对上述情况，本文提出完善人才培养体制机制、改革高校人才培养模式以及建设高校一流师资队伍等措施，构建新时代中医药院校拔尖创新人才培养体系，加快推进高层次中医药人才培养。 |

| Research on the training strategy of top-notch innovative talents in TCM colleges and universities in the new era |

| Abstract: |
| Training top-notch innovative talents of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is the need of Chinese medicine's own development and serving the national strategy. At present, the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents of TCM is facing challenges, and there are some problems, such as the imperfect innovation of talent cultivation system and mechanism, the reform of education and teaching mode in TCM colleges and universities needs to be reformed, and the shortage of talent reserves. In view of the above situation, this paper proposes to improve the personnel training system and mechanism, reform the personnel training mode in colleges and universities, and construct the first-class teaching staff in colleges and universities, so as to build a top-notch innovative personnel training system in TCM colleges and universities in the new era and accelerate the training of high-level TCM personnel. |
