| 通过分析中医学跨文化交流与国际传播过程中英译的难点和存在的问题，探讨中医文献英译策略。当前，古代汉语言文化背景和独特的理论体系是中医文献英译面临的难点，缺乏统一的英译标准、对应的英文词汇、中医高水平英译人才等是中医文献英译存在的普遍问题。建议从完善中医名词术语翻译标准、灵活采用翻译方法和重视中医英译人才培养等策略着手，实现中医文献的精准翻译，力促中医学跨文化国际交流与传播步入快车道。 |

| Abstract: |
| By analyzing the difficulties and existing problems of English translation in the process of cross-cultural communication and international dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), this paper discusses the strategies of English translation of TCM literature. At present, the ancient Chinese language and cultural background and unique theoretical system are the difficulties faced by the English translation of TCM literature. The lack of unified English translation standards, corresponding English vocabulary, and Chinese medicine English translation talents, etc., are common problems existing in the English translation of TCM literature. It is suggested to start with strategies such as perfecting the translation standards of TCM terms, adopting translation methods flexibly, and attaching importance to the cultivation of TCM English translation talents, so as to realize the accurate translation of TCM literature and promote the cross-cultural international communication and dissemination of TCM into the fast lane. |
