| 摘要: |
| 基于六经辨证体系中“三阳合病”理论，提出慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重（acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD）可见三阳合病，当三阳合治。AECOPD因其常由外感诱发，故可见太阳表证；邪气入里，可见少阳半表半里证与阳明热证。痰饮水湿为AECOPD的重要病理产物，故AECOPD三阳合病亦常兼太阴。临证时应重视辨别三阳病各自的程度轻重及痰、饮等病理产物的兼夹，酌情选用大青龙汤、小青龙加石膏汤、麻杏石甘汤、小柴胡汤、小陷胸汤、千金苇茎汤等方剂进行合方加减，以达到外解太阳之邪、内清阳明之热、中和少阳之枢的功效，及时减轻症状，控制病情发展。 |

| Combined treatment of three Yang on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the theory of "disease involving all three Yang meridians" in six meridians syndrome differentiation system, it is suggested that acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) should be treated with "combined treatment of three Yang". AECOPD is often induced by external noxious factors, and can be accompanied by exterior syndrome of Taiyang; When evil Qi invading the interior, it can be accompanied by Shaoyang half-exterior and half-interior syndrome and Yangming heat syndrome. Phlegm retention and water dampness is an important pathological product of AECOPD, so disease involving all three Yang meridians of AECOPD often combines with the Taiyin. In clinical practice, we should pay attention to distinguish the degree of triple-Yang disease and the combination of sputum, drink and other pathological products, then choose the prescriptions such as Daqinglong Decoction, Xiaoqinglong plus Shigao Decoction, Maxing Shigan Decoction, Xiaochaihu Decoction, Xiaoxianxiong Decoction and Qianjin Weijing Decoction according to the condition, so as to achieve the effect of relieving the evil of Taiyang, clearing the heat of Yangming internally, neutralizing the key of Shaoyang, reducing symptoms in time and controlling the development of the disease. |
