田道法教授治疗放疗后气阴亏虚型鼻咽癌的组方用药策略 |

摘要: |
目的 利用中医传承辅助系统及网络药理学方法,获取田道法教授治疗放疗后气阴亏虚型鼻咽癌中医药防治方剂,分析其作用机制,为放疗后气阴亏虚型鼻咽癌的中医药防治提供理论依据。方法 采用数据挖掘、网络药理学等多学科交叉方法,对放疗后气阴亏虚型鼻咽癌的中医药防治策略进行探讨。整合中医传承辅助平台V3.0、中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台、中药综合数据库、PubChem、Swiss Target Prediction、GeneCards、STRING等多数据库资源,对放疗后气阴亏虚型鼻咽癌疾病靶点/中药靶点进行筛选,从蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用网络、基因本体及京都基因与基因组百科全书富集的角度,对中医传承辅助系统数据挖掘获取的气阴亏虚型鼻咽癌基础方的作用机制进行探讨。结果 纳入田道法教授治疗放疗后气阴亏虚型鼻咽癌中医药防治方剂74首;得到气阴亏虚型鼻咽癌基础方,由黄芪、黄连、白芍、天花粉、锁阳、川芎、瓜蒌皮、射干、皂角刺、茯苓、盐补骨脂、炒苍耳子12味中药组成;获得鼻咽癌防治靶点291个,如MET、PIK3CA、EGFR、CTNNB1、BRAF、ERBB2;防治靶点富集于172条信号通路,主要与PI3K-Akt、MAPK、HIF-1等信号通路相关。结论 田道法教授治疗放疗后气阴亏虚型鼻咽癌以益气补阴、扶正祛邪为核心,可能通过介导PI3K-Akt、MAPK、HIF-1等信号通路发挥作用。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To obtain professor TIAN Daofa's traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment prescriptions for nasopharyngeal carcinoma with Qi and Yin deficiency after radiotherapy, and analyze the action mechanism, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with Qi and Yin deficiency after radiotherapy by using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system and network pharmacology methods. Methods The interdisciplinary methods of data mining and network pharmacology was used to explore the prevention and treatment strategy of Qi and Yin deficiency nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy. Multiple database resources such as traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform v 3.0, traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database and analysis platform, traditional Chinese medicines integrated database, PubChem, Swiss Target Prediction, GeneCards, STRING were integrated to screen the disease targets/traditional Chinese medicine targets of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with Qi and Yin deficiency. From the perspective of protein-protein interaction network, gene ontologyand enrichment of Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes to explore the mechanism of the basic formula of Qi and Yin deficiency nasopharyngeal carcinoma obtained by data mining of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system. Results A total of 74 prevention and treatment prescriptions for nasopharyngeal carcinoma with Qi and Yin deficiency after radiotherapy were treated by professor TIAN Daofa. The basic prescription for nasopharyngeal carcinoma with Qi and Yin deficiency was obtained, which was composed of 12 traditional Chinese medicines:Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Tianhuafen (Trichosanthis Radix), Suoyang (Cynomorii Herba), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Gualoupi (Trichosanthis Pericarpium), Shegan (Belamcandae Rhizoma), Zaojiaoci (Gleditsiae Spina), Fuling (Poria), Yanbuguzhi (Psoraleae Fructus), Chaocang'erzi (Xanthii Fructus). A total of 291 nasophary- ngeal carcinoma prevention and treatment targets were obtained, such as MET, PIK3CA, EGFR, CTNNB1, BRAF and ERBB2. The prevention and treatment targets were enriched in 172 signaling pathways, mainly related to PI3K-Akt, MAPK, HIF-1 and other signaling pathways. Conclusion Professor TIAN Daofa's treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with Qi and Yin deficiency after radiotherapy focuses on replenishing Qi and Yin and strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors, which may play a role through mediating PI3K-Akt, MAPK, HIF-1 and other signaling pathways. |
