| 《时病论》为清末医家雷丰所著，秉持经旨，书中针对泄泻和痢疾进行了详细论述，体现出辨证论治的丰富经验。该书关于“泄”“痢”共拟定方剂36首，包括以法代方13首、备用成方12首、前人名方5首、无名方剂6首。通过研读《时病论》中用于治疗泄泻和痢疾的中药复方，并结合古今医家对两种疾病病因病机的认识、脏腑生理病理及中药四气五味、现代药理学，发现雷丰所拟诸方结合时病特点、守正创新，其中蕴藏的药对运用配伍巧妙，颇有规律。药对在临床运用中意义重大，其组成较复方简单，但具备复方配伍的特点，故从与两病密切相关的肝、脾、肾、气血、湿邪等方面着手，总结其常用药对。常用药对包括治肝之白芍与防风、黄连与川楝子，治脾之炮姜炭与吴茱萸、荷叶与葛根、升麻与桔梗，治肾之补骨脂与菟丝子，治气之木香与陈皮，治血之黄芩与白芍，治湿之茯苓与泽泻、苍术与厚朴。 |

| Treatise on Seasonal Disease was written by Lei Feng, a doctor in the late Qing Dynasty. The treatise, with the aim of classics, discussed diarrhea and dysentery in detail, reflecting the rich experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment. 36 prescriptions for "diarrhea" and "dysentery" were formulated in the book, including 13 prescriptions replaced by law, 12 standby prescriptions, 5 previous famous prescriptions and 6 unknown prescriptions. The author through studying the traditional Chinese medicine formula used in the treatment of diarrhea and dysentery in Treatise on Seasonal Disease, combined with the ancient and modern physicians' understanding of pathogenesis and pathological of two kinds of disease, physiology and pathology of Zang-fu organs and four Qi and five flavor of traditional Chinese medicine, modern pharmacology, it is found that the prescriptions formulated by Lei Feng combine the characteristics of seasonal disease, keep the integrity and innovation, and the drugs contained therein are skillfully and regularly used. Drug pair is of great significance in clinical application. Its composition is simpler than compound, but it has the characteristics of compound compatibility. Therefore, its common drug pairs are summarized from the aspects of liver, spleen, kidney, Qi and blood, dampness evil and so on. Common drug pairs include Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) and Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) and Chuanlianzi (Toosendan Fructus) for treating liver, Paojiangtan (Zingiberis Rhizoma Praeparatum) and Wuzhuyu (Euodiae Fructus), Heye (Nelumbinis Folium) and Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) and Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix) for treating spleen, Buguzhi (Psoraleae Fructus) and Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen) for treating kidney, Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) and Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) for treating Qi, Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) and Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) for treating blood, Fuling (Poria) and Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) and Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) for treating dampness. |
