| 摘要: |
| 现代医学“神经-内分泌-免疫”网络学说证实了银屑病炎症反应可引发中枢炎症反应，从而加重抑郁症状。中医理论则认为银屑病患者或因心火亢盛，灼伤脉络；或因外感六淫邪气，致肺气失宣，营卫失和；或因有形之邪阻滞经脉，肝疏泄不及，导致气机阻遏、血脉瘀滞等，发为皮疹并发展、加重抑郁。因此，治疗伴抑郁症状的银屑病，可从心、肺、肝辨证论治，并加强心理干预。初步建立银屑病伴抑郁症状的诊疗思路，为提升银屑病的中医临床疗效，探寻银屑病心身同治的方式作出有益尝试。 |

| Abstract: |
| The "neuro-endocrine-immune" network theory of modern medicine has confirmed that the inflammatory response of psoriasis can trigger the central inflammatory response, which can aggravate the symptoms of depression. Traditional Chinese medicine theory holds that patients with psoriasis may burn the vein due to hyperactivity of heart fire; or due to exogenous six pathogenic factors, resulting in lung Qi loss of publicity and camp and defense loss of harmony; or because the visible evil blocks the meridians, the liver is not enough to dredge, resulting in the suppression of Qi and blood stasis, resulting in skin rash and aggravating depression. Therefore, when treating psoriasis with depressive symptoms, we can treat it according to the syndrome differentiation of heart, lung and liver, and strengthen psychological intervention. Initially establish the diagnosis and treatment idea of psoriasis with depression, and make a beneficial attempt to improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and explore the way of simultaneous treatment of mind and body of psoriasis. |
