| 从中医学角度分析探讨糖尿病肾病（diabetic kidney disease, DKD）与糖尿病视网膜病变（diabetic retinopathy, DR）之间的相关性，为中医药防治DKD、DR提供一定的临床指导。基于各医家认识及现代研究，首先，DKD及DR均为消渴病的并发症阶段，具有相似的病因、共同的发病基础及致病因素，存在相同的偏颇体质；其次，两者均属于糖尿病微血管病变，微循环在结构、功能上与中医玄府及络脉极为相似，均可归属于玄府及络脉病变范畴，遵循络病及玄府病变的基本病理变化；最后，肝肾同源于精血，两者的发生发展均与肝肾两脏密切相关。“眼肾同治”即为“肝肾同治”的延伸，可为两者辨体识治、未病先防提供依据；为从“络”论治、从玄府论治奠定基础；为脏腑辨治、遣方用药提供思路。DKD与DR存在共性病因病机及证治特点，明确两者的内在联系，有助于中医整体、系统治疗疾病。 |

| Discussion on correlation between diabetic nephropathy and diabetic retinopathy in traditional Chinese medicine |

| To analyze the correlation between diabetic kidney disease (DKD) and diabetic retinopathy (DR) from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, and provide some clinical guidance for the prevention and treatment of DKD and DR by traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the understanding of doctors and modern researches, first of all, the two are the complication stage of diabetes, with similar etiology, common basis and pathogenic factors, they have the same biased constitution. Secondly, they belong to diabetic microangiopathemia, and the microcirculation is very similar to the traditional Chinese medicine Xuanfu and collaterals in structure and function, they can be classified into the category of Xuanfu and collaterals lesions, following the basic pathological changes of collateral diseases and Xuanfu lesions. Finally, the occurrence and development of liver and kidney are closely related to liver and kidney organs, “simultaneous treatment of eye and kidney” is the extension of “simultaneous treatment of liver and kidney”, which can provide the basis for body discrimination and treatment and prevention before disease, and lay the foundation for the treatment from “collaterals” and Xuanfu; it provides ideas for differentiation and treatment of Zang-fu organs and dispatching prescription medicine. DKD and DR have common etiology, pathogenesis and syndrome treatment characteristics, so it is helpful for traditional Chinese medicine to treat diseases as a whole and systematically. |
