| 便秘的病位在大肠腑，其发病与气血津液及肝、心、脾、肺、肾的功能失调有着紧密联系。本文以便秘为例，从湖湘针推学术流派“五经配伍”角度阐释便秘患者的五脏生克制化关系，并据此选穴配穴，施以相应补泻手法，为针灸治疗便秘提供新的思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| The disease of constipation lies in the large intestine and its onset is closely related to the dysfunction of Qi, blood and body fluid, and liver, heart, spleen, lung, and kidney. This article uses constipation as an example to explain the relationship of restriction and mutual growth of the five internal organs in patients with constipation from the perspective of Huxiang acupuncture acdemic school "compatibility of the five meridians", and select and match acupoints accordingly. To provide new ideas for acupuncture and moxibustion by applying corresponding replenishing and reducing techniques. |
