| 耳穴贴压联合眼部穴位按摩治疗儿童/青少年假性近视的临床观察 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 评价耳穴贴压联合眼部穴位按摩对儿童/青少年假性近视的临床疗效。方法 将2020年1月至2021年1月湖南中医药大学第一附属医院眼科门诊治疗的150例假性近视患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组75例。观察组采用耳穴贴压联合眼部穴位按摩，持续治疗1个月；对照组采用低浓度阿托品滴眼液治疗，持续治疗1个月，分析患者治疗1、3、6个月的视力检查结果，治疗前和治疗6个月的眼轴变化以及治疗有效率。结果 观察组与对照组治疗后视力较治疗前均提高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组眼轴较治疗前增加，治疗前后比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组总有效率及痊愈人数高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 耳穴贴压联合眼部穴位按摩治疗儿童/青少年假性近视临床疗效明显，可以作为治疗假性近视及预防真性近视的一种方式。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of auricular point sticking combined with eye point massage on children/adolescents with pseudomyopia. Methods From January 2020 to January 2021, 150 pseudomyopia patients treated in the ophthalmology clinic of The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 75 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with auricular point sticking combined with eye acupoint massage for 1 month; the control group was treated with low-concentration atropine eye drops for 1 month. The results of visual acuity examination at 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment were analyzed. Axial changes and treatment response rate before treatment and 6 months after treatment were analyzed. Results The visual acuity of the observation group and the control group after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). the axis of eye in the two groups were increased compared with that before treatment, but there was no statistical significance (P>0.05). the total effective rate and cure number of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Auricular point sticking combined with eye point massage has obvious clinical effect in the treatment of children/adolescents with pseudomyopia, which can be used as a way to treat pseudomyopia and prevent true myopia. |
