| 摘要: |
| 针灸治疗阿尔兹海默病（Alzheimer’s disease，AD）具有早期性、安全性、有效性、良性双向调整的优势。根据AD发病的不同病因病机特点，学者们将其和针灸理论相结合，提出不同的针灸治则和选穴处方，如嗅三针法、益肾调督针法、三焦针法等。不同学术思想的出现往往有利于百家争鸣，就不同针法治疗AD进行综述，可为临床提供一定的理论基础。 |

| Abstract: |
| Acupuncture treatment of Alzheimer's disease (AD) has the advantages of early, safe, effective, and benign two-way adjustment. According to the different etiology and pathogenesis characteristics of AD, scholars have combined it with acupuncture and moxibustion theory to propose different acupuncture and moxibustion treatments and prescriptions for selecting acupoints, such as Xiusanzhen, Supplementing Kidney and Strengthening Du acupuncture, Sanjiao acupuncture, etc. The emergence of different academic ideas is often conducive to the controversy of a hundred schools of thought. A review of different acupuncture treatments for AD can provide a certain theoretical basis for clinical practice. |
