| 摘要: |
| 目的 分析国家专利数据库中治疗慢性前列腺炎中药复方的用药和配伍规律，为临床用药提供参考。方法 收集国家专利数据库中治疗慢性前列腺炎的中药复方专利，进行筛选录入。运用中医传承计算平台V3.0、SPSS Statistics 25.0对复方中的药物进行关联规则与聚类分析。结果 共纳入治疗慢性前列腺炎的复方专利212项，涉及295种中药。高频药物有甘草、黄柏、车前子等；药性多寒，药味多甘、苦，主入肝、肾两经。常见药对有“黄柏-车前子”，聚类分析挖掘出4种核心组合。结论 国家中药复方专利治疗慢性前列腺炎多以清热利尿为主，兼有滋阴补肾、活血化瘀、补气健脾等治法，对临床用药有一定参考意义。 |

| Objective To analyze the medication rules and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) compound for chronic prostatitis in the national patent database, and to provide reference for clinical drug use. Methods The patent of TCM compound for the treatment of chronic prostatitis in national patent database was collected, screened and recorded. The TCM inheritance calculation platform 3.0 and SPSS Statistics 25.0 were used to analyze the clustering and association rules of the drugs in the compounds. Results A total of 212 compound patents for the treatment of chronic prostatitis were included, involving 295 kinds of TCM. High frequency drugs were Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma), Huangbo (Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), etc.; the property of a medicine was cold, the medicine taste was sweet, bitter, it mainly belonged to the liver and kidney channels. The most common drug pair was "Huangbo (Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)-Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen)", and four new prescriptions were found by cluster analysis. Conclusion The patent of TCM compound in the treatment of chronic prostatitis is mainly to reduce fever and cause diuresis, and also to enrich Yin and nourish kidney, promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis, replenish Qi and spleen, etc., which has certain reference significance for clinical medication. |
