| 摘要: |
| 总结邵先舫教授辨证治疗膝骨关节炎的临床经验。邵教授认为膝骨关节炎主要病因为年老体虚、劳倦内伤、饮食不节、外邪入侵等；病机关键以肝肾不足、气血亏虚为本，以风、寒、湿、热、瘀、痰为标；治疗上以标本同治为纲，并结合中医辨证，提出调补肝肾、健脾益气、祛风胜湿、清热除湿、活血化瘀、搜风除痰六大治法，此外，还主张内外兼治，使气畅血行，痹除痛自消。 |

| Abstract: |
| This article introduced professor Shao Xianfang's clinical experience in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis based on syndrome differentiation. Professor Shao Xianfang believes that the main causes of knee osteoarthritis are old age, weakness, fatigue, internal injury, improper diet, invasion of external pathogens, etc. The pathogenesis is based on deficiency of liver and kidney, loss of Qi and blood, and marked by wind, cold, dampness, heat, blood stasis and phlegm. The treatment is always based on essence and phenomenon cure together, and combines with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, he proposes six principles, which is tonyfing liver and kidney, invigorating spleen and supplementing Qi, dispelling wind and dampness, clearing heat and expelling damp, activating blood and dissolving stasis, scavenging wind and resolving phlegm. In addition, he advocates that cure both internally and externally, so that Qi and blood run smoothly, the arthromyodynia can be removed, pain can be relieved. |
