| 介绍湖南省名中医李元聪预防和治疗口腔癌的临床经验。李元聪教授根据口腔癌的病因病机及临床表现将口腔癌分为热毒蕴结证、痰浊凝滞证、气滞血瘀证和气血两虚证，分别采用清热泻火、解毒祛邪法，燥湿软坚、清热化痰法，活血化瘀、散结止痛法，益气养血、扶正固本法治疗，临床疗效显著。 |

| Abstract: |
| To introduce clinical experience in the precautions and treatment of oral carcinoma of Li Yuancong, a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Hunan Province. According to the etiology, pathogenesis and and clinical manifestations of the disease, oral carcinoma can be divided into four types:heat toxin accumulation, phlegm stagnation, Qi stagnation and blood stasis, Qi and blood deficiency, which can be treated with clearing away heat and purging fire, detoxifying and eliminating pathogenic factors, drying wet and softing hardness, clearing heat and resolving phlegm, activating blood circulation and removing stasis, removing obstruction and relieving pain, benefiting Qi and nourishing blood and supporting healthy energy. The remarkable clinical curative effect have been achieved. |
