| 目的 分析2000—2020年国家自然科学基金对中医诊断项目的资助情况。方法 计算机检索国家自然科学基金项目数据库、LetPub、梅斯医学和科学网等数据库，获取国家自然科学基金中医诊断项目相关信息，采用Excel 2016软件对检索结果进行统计分析。结果 2000—2020年，国家自然科学基金资助中医诊断相关项目共150项，总资助金额达6 102.20万元。受资助的地区中福建、北京、上海、广东、湖南等地区立项数、资助单位数及资助金额均排名靠前。受资助的单位以高校为主，福建中医药大学、北京中医药大学表现突出。面上项目和青年项目是主要资助类型，主要的资助病种为心血管系统疾病，资助的数量达11个，肝郁证为主要资助的病证，特别是肝郁脾虚证。结论 国家自然科学基金对中医诊断项目的资助力度逐年增加，但对比自然基金平均项目相对较弱。受资助的地域、单位分布不均衡；研究方向及内容逐年变化，与研究热点密切相关。 |

| Objective To analyze the funding status of the National Natural Science Foundation of China for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnostic projects from 2000 to 2020. Methods Relevant information of the National Natural Science Foundation of China of diagnostic project of TCM was obtained by computer retrieval of the National Natural Science Foundation of China Project Database, LetPub, Metz Medical and Science Network and other databases. Excel 2016 software was used to perform statistical analysis on the retrieval results. Results From 2000 to 2020, the National Natural Science Foundation of China funded 150 projects related to diagnosis of TCM, with a total funding of RMB 6 102. 20. Among the subsidized regions, Fujian, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Hunan and other regions ranked high in the number of projects approved, the number of funding units, and the amount of funding. The funded units were mainly universities, and Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine had outstanding performance. General projects and youth projects were the main types of funding. The main diseases types of funding were cardiovascular diseases, and the number of funding reached 11. Liver-stagnation syndrome was the main funding syndrome type, especially liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome. Conclusion National Natural Science Foundation of China for TCM diagnostic projects has been increasing year by year, but it is relatively weak compared to the average project of the Natural Science Foundation. The distribution of funded regions and units is uneven; the research direction and content change year by year, which are closely related to research hotspots. |
